New Years Eve 2009!

NYE 2009 - THE EVENTTHE EVENT

After many years of bringing you a wide array of memorable events, we wanted to make this party one you will not soon forget.

The venue was chosen for its sheer beauty, great layout, convenient location and history of legendary parties. Perhaps most important is the size – plenty big enough for a most festive party, yet small enough for you to be able to find your friends all night.

Top-flight music has always been one of the hallmarks of our events. Well, we have outdone ourselves this year with one of the most coveted DJ’s in the entire country, Graham Funke. His weekly parties at multiple venues in Las Vegas and Los Angeles are legendary.

And most importantly, this year we have brought together a wide array of great friends as hosts, ensuring an all-San Francisco crowd full of your friends, and close friends of friends.

There will not be busloads of strangers from out of town, nor will you have to endure endless waits for a cab or fight through the craziness of downtown. Just settle back and enjoy the most luxurious, fun, friendly and local New Year’s Eve in San Francisco.

Ana Mandara - Modern Vietnamese Cuisine

Ana MandaraVENUE

Based upon an ancient love story, Ana Mandara means "Beautiful Refuge", where the multi-tier décor resembles a sprawling Vietnamese estate. Conveniently nestled on the street level of Ghirardelli Square across from Aquatic Park, Ana Mandara offers guests a truly magical experience. With Don Johnson and Cheech Marin as owners, this true gem of a space has been a premier restaurant and lounge destination from the moment it opened.

Whether you are enjoying the grandeur of the main dining room, the swank and cozy Cham Bar on the Mezzanine, the private luxury of the An Nam VIP Room or the fresh air of the large patio, Ana Mandara provides a wealth of unique and memorable experiences.

THE BAR

As this is no ordinary New Year's Eve party, our premium, full open bar will be extraordinary. Lotus Vodka, the world's best tasting enhanced vodka, headlines an all-star lineup. Be sure to try the special exotic Lotus cocktails we're creating just for this party. If you're a wine drinker, you will be in luck, with top quality wines served throughout the evening.

And as New Year's is synonymous with bubbly, we'll be starting the night with Pommery POP champagne – yes, the real deal champagne. There will also be a party wide champagne toast at midnight as DJ Graham Funke counts it down to Double O Nine.

The Beneficiary

We are excited to donate a portion of the proceeds from our New Year’s event to The Painted Turtle, an innovative camp and family care center for children with life-threatening illnesses founded by Paul Newman.

The Painted Turtle seeks to reach beyond illness, to inspire children with life-threatening diseases to become their greater selves. It is their mission to provide a year-round, life-changing environment for these children and their families – one that allows children to participate in an authentic camp experience by supporting their medical needs and offers their families care, education and respite.
